Holger Schaar took part in the first management meeting held by Süddeutsche Zeitung in Berlin on 8-9/11/2007, along with 150 other managers from the financial, political, science and culture sectors. Together with CEOs from major DAX-listed corporations and owners of successful family companies, he spent two days discussing the reforms that Germany needs, in order to maintain its place in the world.
A Federal Conference will be held in Munich on 22-25/11/2007 as part of the 15th anniversary of the Bundesverband Deutscher Studentischer Unternehmensberatungen (BDSU e.V.) [Federal Association of German Student-Led Consultancy Firms].
This special highlight is being organized by the Munich representative of the BDSU, Academy Consult e.V.
As in previous BDSU conferences, hsphso AG will once again be running a major workshop as part of the event program, further confirming its top position in the workshop ranking.

As the trustee of the Bundesverband Deutscher Studentischer Unternehmensberatungen (BDSU e.V.), hsphso AG took an active role at the Federal Conference in Stuttgart on 18/05/2007. Led by our CEO Holger Schaar and the speakers Gerd-Georg Kießel (Kompetenzhaus GmbH & Co. KG) and Rainer Girschewski (Modem-Kommunikation), the one-day workshop "Real-life management and communication skills" provided interesting insights into major aspects of modern management culture and the personal development potential of the participants. All those attending the conference then had the chance to make direct contact with hsphso AG representatives at the subsequent company contact trade fair.
The leonardo group organized a conference in Ludwigsburg on 6-7 March 2007 on the subject "Holistic production systems – implementation & IT"
, including a lecture by Holger Schaar, CEO at hsphso AG, on "Fractional project management versus holistic production optimization".

As the trustee of BDSU e.V. (Bundesverband deutscher studentischer Unternehmensberatungen), hspAG attended the BDSU Conference in Münster on 16-19 November 2006. On Saturday, we gave any interested students the chance to find out more about the significance of so-called "soft skills" in a one-day workshop on personal communication skills. The invitation proved very popular once again and we enjoyed a remarkable day with plenty of participants. Our CEO, Mr. Holger Schaar, also gave the dinner speech before the gala dinner in the Palace in Münster on Friday. This gave the students and company representatives attending the gala the opportunity to hear more about the pros and cons of success.
On Thursday, 08/06/2006, Holger Schaar gave a lecture on "How do you galvanize an entire company?"
at the International Entrepreneur Forum organized by

As the trustee of the BDSU, hspAG once again gave a presentation as part of the Federal Conference organized by the Bundesverband Deutscher Studentischer Unternehmensberatungen (BDSU e.V.) on 19-21/05/2006.
The company's workshop entitled "How do you galvanize an entire company?" attracted a lot of interest and was fully booked up at an early stage.
On Saturday, all visitors had the opportunity to make direct contact with consultants and trainers from hspAG and its affiliate hso AG at the company contact trade fair in Wiesloch.
