"Where are we?" Analysis can be worrying – no doubt about it. Entire consultant generations thrive on it. As do many doctors. But you can exaggerate the worry too far. Often you only find out what you already knew. At hsp AG, this analysis takes up 10 % of project time.
"Where do we want to be?" Setting a target is important, but it is usually a collection of well-known buzzwords such as "more productivity, more client orientation, more cost awareness..." Bla-bla-bla. Great targets are supported by great concepts, because the way can never be better than the concept. hsp AG delivers holistic concepts and this takes up 10 % of project time.
"How do we get there?" The way, the implementation, the realization is all. The talent appears in the draft, the expert appears in the execution. No one has more implementation experience in overall and integrated enterprise development projects than hsp AG. 80 % of our project time is spent on implementation.
"What do we get out of it/what use is it for us?" Profit, usefulness and how to prove either in business management terms – our favorite subject! We love critical clients. We guarantee success (under certain assumptions), because we are masters of implementation, of the route!
