There is no single authoritative definition for the term "culture". Everyone interprets it differently.
For us at hsp, for example, it is the collective term for the lower level of the iceberg, which houses the soft facts. Numerous models are used to describe this sub-conscious, emotional, inner level – see Maslow, Graves, Bateson, C.G. Jung, Smothermon ...
This level has been important for 2000 years and is now more important than ever when you look at the huge global cultural change that is now gathering speed.
The 6th Kondratiev cycle with its „self-culture“ has already begun. The age of „self-development“ is at hand.
Future added value (even at a personal level) will consist of cooperation and participation. Human relationships and digital networks generate social diversity and security. Cooperation creates added value.
You get what you give. He who shares, wins. Evolution will become the core of existence.
A human being as a person is unique.
Where does he or she generate his/her unique added value?
A human being is often unaware of his/her uniqueness. And so he or she does not fulfill their full potential.
As an independent person, he/she is self-evidently reliant on him/herself.
All self-awareness has consequences in actual fact. As only pluralistic corporate cultures are capable of assimilation, they need self-aware people who are prepared to undergo self-development, in order to make full use of inherent possibilities.
