The term "holistic approach" is a difficult one. It can mean: holistic, integral, integrated, encompassing all elements of a company.
The term "enterprise development" is simpler to explain.
It means the "further development of the company".
In this context, organizational development (OD – the hard facts) is combined with personal development (PD – the soft facts).
Cultural development is the umbrella term for all soft facts. In the strictest sense, both OD and PD are part of cultural development, because culture is the carrier energy for any type of system.
