The process optimization training concept looks at the steps for visualization as-is and the reflection and redesign of processes. Based on the established processes as-is, participants become able to recognize the optimization potential in processes as-is by means of methodological support and can then formulate suitable measures for process conception to-be. At the end of the training course, participants will be able to develop processes to-be on their own on the basis of the visualized and reflected processes as-is, as well as generating improvement measures and evaluating potential.
In addition to information on how to develop and manage business processes confidently in a client-oriented manner, the training on offer also includes a complete training concept for process optimization. The human being and the network relations in process-oriented organizations highlight why even process landscapes with optimum structures can often collapse.
The training sessions include an introduction to the balanced scorecard topic and integration into modern management systems. Management with key figures and the link-up with EFQM are highlighted.
Six Sigma is a systematic approach to solving process problems (production, development, administration,...) in a verifiable and long-term manner through the effective combination of largely well-known statistical and non-statistical tools, thereby contributing significantly to company success.
Our training course series provides support for your organization when you introduce Six Sigma with a suitable process-oriented approach.
