In 1984 hsp was founded by Holger Schaar and Hermann Wagner. The business objective was classical consulting for the industrial, automotive, engineering and commercial sector.
In 1987 hsp initiated a cooperation with hso, an institute for training and coaching. This laid the basis for a holistic development of corporations following the iceberg principle.
In 1996 the hspag acquired a financial interest in REM AG expanding exeprtise in such areas as restructuring, managerial economics and EBIT-Power.
Today hspAG and REM AG represent a core network of consultants and trainers with 120 experts operating internationally. Joining the network of 2000 experts of Synquanet AG located in Switzerland, the core network experienced a strong expansion. Access to the resources of this network - the oldest yet most innovative network in Europe - enables hspAG to carry out sophisticated and international projects.
We use the skills and experiences of this network single-mindedly for the benefit of our customers, the improvement of corporate efficiency integrating all staff according to the iceberg principle.
