The participants find out how important it is today to offer more to the client than he/she expects. It is also made clear that client orientation in no way starts with the client. A holistic, true, client-oriented philosophy is the basis for successful client retention.
The participants learn how to approach the client actively, establish his/her expectations and focus on them in order to assist them quickly and in a solution-oriented manner. Handling difficult conversational situations and complaints will become second nature. The participants will learn that their work can be more successful and enjoyable if they make phone calls more motivated and friendly, thereby contributing significantly to company success.
The aim of this training course is to learn how to design multi-level sales processes strategically and in a measurable way. The participants work on their own sales processes. Execution is carried out in stages: step-by-step instruction about the various topics and implementation in the participants' own process. In this way, the participants go home with their own sales process that can be used immediately and supports target-oriented and deal-closing activities.
