The integrated approach was developed by Synquanet AG from 2005-2008 and consists of five design elements:
The top-down approach covers the traditional management elements such as strategy, structures, methods, standards etc. These elements can be implemented by virtue of the power of the top management, without the consent of the employees if necessary.
The bottom-up approach covers the mobilization and active inclusion of all employees. hsp AG started using this bottom-up approach in 1989.
The processual approach covers the consistent structuring of the entire value chain across all sector and department interfaces.
The cultural approach covers the design models for cultural development, e.g. Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
The integrated approach is the future-oriented answer from generalists to the endless inflation of fractional project approaches driven by specialists in all companies.
Remember: Synergy can only be created through integration!
