The strategic level includes vision, strategy, mission, motto. This level provides the strategic orientation for every company.
The structural level covers the management performance of the executives, the structural organization and targets and plans per department.
The process level represents the value chain in the company. Motto: no value without processes!
The functional level represents the workplace level, i.e. the performance level of employees.
The cultural level is the cultural basis for every corporate system with its traditional values, norms, relations and skills.
